Offering private Pilates and small group classes from  beginner to advanced  in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What Is Pilates

Pilates is a functional mind-body exercise practice designed to strengthen the core of the body so that the spine and limbs may move more freely and efficiently. The goal is a body which is as strong as it is flexible. 

We offer group classes for up to five people on Balanced Body reformer with tower apparatus.

We have level 1, level 2, level 2 cardio (jumpboard) classes in addition to Privates (one-on-one) and duet classes.  Our group class timetable is structured to suit a variety of schedules. To view our class schedule click here.

Please note that we do not offer drop-in classes. Your Pilates journey is a practice designed with consistency and discipline in mind.
